How to Join

Joining the program is simple and streamlined:

  1. Visit the Brand Ambassador Portal homepage
  2. Click on the Sign Up button
  3. Complete the registration form
  4. Submit your application for review
  5. Upon approval, gain full access to the Ambassador dashboard

Ambassador Activities

As a member of the program, ambassadors can engage in a range of impactful activities, including:

  1. Recommending journal subscriptions to universities, libraries, and research institutions
  2. Promoting subscriptions to corporate organizations
  3. Facilitating free online trials for institutions and organizations
  4. Encouraging researchers, students, and peers to submit their work to Bentham Science journals
  5. Recommending qualified researchers for editorial board positions, including Editorial Board Member, Associate Editor, Section Editor, and Senior Editorial Board roles.
  6. Promoting journals, eBooks, and marketing materials at conferences, seminars, and academic events

Reward Points System

A structured reward system is in place to recognize ambassador contributions. Points are awarded for each completed activity and are tracked within the ambassador’s personal dashboard.

Accumulated points can be redeemed for a variety of exclusive benefits, including:

Points Guidelines:

  1. All recommendation letters can be sent either through the Bentham Ambassador account or via email. If sent via email, valid proof of the recommendation must be submitted in order to receive points.
  2. Points are awarded after verification by the Bentham Science team.
  3. Annual caps apply for each activity type (see tables below).
  4. Points can be earned within a one-year period
  5. These guidelines apply to all reward activities: subscriptions, free trials, research contributions, and promotions.
